You're right, we can't control what the US Supreme Court does, cause whatever ruling comes from there is FINAL, no ands, if, or buts. Once that hammer comes down, that is the end if the line.

As for hoichi, ah, well. Not my issue he may not understand how things work here. Question is: is he aware that ALL US citizens must take the US Constitution test in Jr high and high school? It's federally mandatory, so not much of a choice.

Also, not all child rapists receive special protection, depending on prisons and there are too many complaints about violence in prison.

My cousin will move to state prison after conviction of burglary and felony drug offense.

I was born in US, so never lived outside of US in my life.

Not really, not in our state and any child rapists request for special protection will denied, unless they have absolutely good reason (especially mob or gang). One of my old co-worker is currently work at state prison and there are many child rapists, so there are a lot of violence, especially fighting everyday. The special protection for child rapists seem limited to your area and the prisons operate differently, so they don't share same procedure.

Sorry, that's not end of story for you and not all prisons are same that you had experience.

One of my old co-worker is currently work at state prison and there are many child rapists, so there are a lot of violence, especially fighting everyday. The special protection for child rapists seem limited to your area and the prisons operate differently, so they don't share same procedure.

I have a former friend who became a predator, and I heard rumors he got gang raped in Cook County Jail, and that the prisoners made him their "bitch", and that's just the tip of the iceberg, cause that's all I know about.

There is no online source and my old co-worker shared his experience about work at state prison. The prisons in our state is very overcrowded, around 190% overcapacity and there are not enough solitary confinement, and they reserved the cells for inmates with bad behaviors, especially incident reports, so put all other inmates in dorm-style housing. There are child rapists and they often got beat up all time, but not know about fatal. It is very hard to get PC, unless you are very high-risk inmate, especially mob or gang, so having pedophilia isn't good reason.

FYI, not all state prisons are running same thing over US, so it is different from state to state, or prison to prison. It is based on availability, but in my state, that's not going happen.

grante dim certain if he asked for protection in a jail he would of been put into solitary SEG, i spent allot of my time languishing in SEG (solitary) between my fighting which was allot as again i was the only Deaf guy on the range. you want to see audism with real teeth be Deaf on the inside. . and even SEG was separate. the screws would drag me bloodied down to SEG and i would pass the pedos playing cards watching TV,

Cook County Jail does not take kindly to predators. If they get their hands on them, they get the crap beaten out of them pretty good, and word is that the corrections officers do not much care for these people, but the jail is overcrowded, so protective custody isn't an option there. That place can only hold 8,000-something inmates, and the numbers now are over 10,000.

I told you before. now that drug laws are changing.... more and more people with petty drug charges won't be going to jail.
