I am not. Because they don't provide on Closed Caption and don't care about damn on us, include loss hearing and learning English.

If you choice to support CNN because of what you like about their news. Fine... What about their "top stories"?

we just gotta voice our complaint to them loud and clear.... a petition

CNN = Clinton News Network....haven't bothered with them for years......there are better news programs that are captioned....

Laura

I like to read CNN articles and that's my preference.

Media wars are retard.

CNN = Cannot Negotiate Network. They aren't going to negotiate with us in putting captions on.

Not all, just some like you said. It still sucks. Agree?

If it isn't required by FCC so it won't matter to media, especially CNN but I think that CC will required for all online video in few years.

The CC is mandatory for TV for many years.

Since when? I would like to know since a few people have asked me.

Would you mind listing a few programs that are captioned? That would help. Thanks

Well... I like to read the articles. It's annoying for not have CC on video Fox News have CC, ABC news have CC. In my city news on apps and not have CC on play video. I always read the articles. I'm sick of news live without CC.

If video continues grow more at online, it would be useless for most deaf with poor visual. And CC cannot help well to certainly (there! I said that, happy, foxarc?) usher syndrome.

There is an education for you about Usher Syndrome.

Usher syndrome is the most common condition that affects both hearing and vision. A syndrome is a disease or disorder that has more than one feature or symptom. The major symptoms of Usher syndrome are hearing loss and an eye disorder called retinitis pigmentosa, or RP. Retinitis pigmentosa causes night-blindness and a loss of peripheral vision (side vision) through the progressive degeneration of the retina.

Usher Syndrome only affect peripheral vision, not vision acuity but some deaf people with Usher Syndrome has poor vision acuity - not related to Usher Syndrome when you have a poor vision acuity (can treated with corrective lens like glasses, contact or LASIK). In later stage, when peripheral vision is gone (tunnel vision), they may need larger print or fonts to read - depending on clients.

I have Usher Syndrome Type II and has normal vision acuity (especially in left eye), so can read and see anything (including pictures) without glasses, but I have lazy eye on right eye (nearsightedness). Even I can still drive as well - not legally blind yet.

CNN will put CC on all videos if FCC mandate them to do it - not know about date to require all online video to be closed captioned.

CNN has custom CC - you can change the font size.

I don't bother to watch online video on iPhone when I use LTE because it consume more bandwidth and could max the data cap.

On March 30 or after this date, FCC must be all CC on live or near CC live video steaming news on internet. About mobile?

I'm type I since I was born that way. I have a hard time to read the small text. I'm glad that all of news apps have text size available.
