The fat that most nuts contained is good fat. The bad fat is saturated fat which is only found in palm oil and coconut oil so if you avoid these then saturated fat can be avoided too.

To your first sentence, I said this to take the revenge against you for saying bad things about the vegetarians/vegans.

I didn't find any of your last paragraph related to my reply, but please prove me that nobody successfully stay as vegetarian or vegan whole the year. You don't know even nobody knows anyway.

Also I notice you saying that vegetarians/vegans are wussy as bashing...

Editied: I forgot, not only vegetarian or vegan drink soy milk, my mom is a meat eater and she is crazy over the soy milk. One of my friend is a meat eater came to my place and asked me for the soy milk for his cereal WHILE I have the cow's milk. Soy is more healthy and less risks than the cow's milk, read Dreama's post in this thread.

Well actually I lead a drug free vegan life style. I have been vegan for nearly 5 years and can assure you that I NEVER intentionally eat meat or dairy.

That soya is for ANIMAL feed. So you see I have less to do with it then you do.

As to my health, you have never met me so how would you know. I'm probably a good deal healthier then you are.
 
I agree. Where we disagree is that calf milk is the best type of calium because it isn't. You can get lots of calium also from green leafy veg such as Kale, Tofu, and suplimented soya milk.

Actually, you get more calcium from orange juice than milk. Potassium and Calcium levels rise as the other falls when absorbed in the body. There is higher potassium in milk than OJ, meaning you absorb more calcium.
