Um... In Canada? Why target Canada specifically? Based on that comment, I now know you know nothing about Deaf education. I had my suspicions for awhile, but that alone is telling. It does seem like there ARE some res schools that are actually THRIVING. In states with crappy mainstream sped programs, it usually turns out that the res /Deafschool is really good.Unfortunatly even if you scream that you have a lawyer, the mainstream schools in those states just parrot that they cannot provide this or that for whatever reason.
