Since the weather been getting hotter and hotter these days, I wondered who has central air conditioning nor single-room air conditioning unit in their homes?

I have a single-room air conditioning unit in the living room, and it only gets cold one room level, while I live in a two floor house, the upstairs has no single-room air conditioning, and it gets hot and humid up there with just a ceiling fan and floor fan, I went to bed last night, couldn't be able to get a good sleep, I woke up sweating down my back and front. I wish I had central air conditioning, but afraid it doesn't come with the house, I am gotta get one more single-room air conditioning upstairs, I cannot live without air conditioning. :hyper:

opps i click central ac by accident.. i dun have central, i have single room, it sucks.. cuz the single room is in living room and not very good, so the rest of the house, ie my room is very hot..

I don't have any AC in this house, only ceiling fans and floor fans, I'm thinking of buying one some day cause fans are no help...

You're ON babe!!...Let's go... :hyper:

I have Central AC in apartment.

only single one of air cond in my bedroom that is all. in my kitchen, washroom, other small rooms sooo hot!!! it give me sweat  but cant wait to move out of here in Sept and move in my mom's home which she have air cond that outside it make all the house inside cool cant wait!! lol

I have a single-room A/C with a couple fans circulating the air keep my place nice and cool

We don't have A/C in this apartment and this apartment complex was built in 2003. A high percentage of houses and apartments do not have A/C in Seattle because it rarely hit 90 degrees in the summer time. Last time it hit 90+ was last month. Before that it didn't hit 90 degrees for 1 and half years.

I have central A/C have lived inn hlouses with single room A/C it sucks it gets so hot only one room is cold.

Central A/C here - big different.

Much better than single A/C fan because I can't sleep while its on, because I am too sensitive to draught at night. My husband like to leave it on through the night until dawn, we :pissed: :blah: it, so central A/C will solve this problem!

FYI Central air installation is very expensive! Expect at least $3k for new installation. So, usually it is cheapest to go with room air conditioner.

I got Central Air, and luvin it! I have been staying indoor alot lately.
