Central AC in the attic and nice fans in almost every room plus 2 commercial solar exhaust fans on the roof. Utility bill used to be around 350 a month, largely due to AC but now it is about 135!

a/c is a must ! yesterday at my office's parking lot, a temp was 102F ! but NICE feeling... i needt some more tans... ;)

I have single-room AC in my bedroom/office. I dont care abt the rest of the house. I rarely use other rooms. My cats sometimes like to sleep where the AC are at. Sometimes they rather to sleep in a quiet area since AC is so noisy for them.

I have two single room air conditioner... One for Living room and one in 2nd floor for my children. their room gets sooooooo hot, poor them have to deal with heat so I put one in their room area. For my own bedroom which is on first floor, I just put fan at the door way so from living room air condition can blow in my room too just long enough to keep me cool during overnight but not helping much. LOL.. Oh well..

*gasps*....Now now, you wouldn't mind if we had central air? Kewlies!!

Time to go check 'em out and have one installed either this year or the next--

also...time to umm...:fruit:
I don't know if you got one invested but however..

last sunday, my bro and I was discussing about weather and air conditioner. I told him about "Mr. Silm" by Mistishbu that does not require installing a ducts to install A/C and that it only need 3 inch hole to insert pipes.. so after I got home and I looked up and sent him the link and he replied and said he is extremely interested in it! He has two window installed A/C and it is not keeping his small home well cooled.
due to soaring temp in tucson, az. which has peaked over 105 degree last week...

so here's the link for that: http://www.mrslim.com/

and know what when I saw that website, it reminded me of my old work in Holland! they had the same a/c system in office and break room which I noticed that the room get cold fast after few minutes of turning on when I went on break then turn it off lol. (during my graveyard shift and I was the only person working there)

I thought I'll let you know about that so you both don't have to rip out stuffs out of the house. when you only need to create small holes. and say good bye to window a/c and enjoy a nice view thru window eh.

Of course it is not "central" a/c though..
