The fact that he had a mental health diagnosis previously and his actions were based on the fact that he was crazy, not because he was trying to make a political or religious statement in his actions.

In the note Seung-Hui Cho left, he criticized "rich kids", "debauchery" and "deceitful charlatans".

so he had agenda against specific type of people. He angrily preached about it in videos. by your definition - he's a terrorist.

how about DC sniper? is he a terrorist too?
 
Wikipedia "Seung-Hui Cho" and you'll find that he has a long history of mental problems. A loner with many mental diagnoses.

Same with the Columbine shootings, but they didn't have a political or religious agenda either....but Hasan DID.
 
I would rather to hear from judge if judge charge him as criminal or terrorist.

I'm really unsure if he is terrorist or not but I know it was serious criminal due killing 13 people, plus pregnant in mother.

I bet that he would be send to ADMAX for rest of his life in wheelchair or probably death penalty.

While I agreed it is 14 but who cares if it is 13 or 14? Anyone should be glad that he have his double homicide for that pregnant woman. Sorry if I brought it up. ><;;

No, judge don't charge DC sniper as terrorist but just criminal.

Read my post again, I'm waiting for judge to make hear on Hasan case.

Well, I don't think that Hasan is terrorist and I'm backed (support) with FBI and CIA.

It is possible that the DC sniper is a terrorist because he's against politics to our government and such since it has something to do with the 9-11th attacks.
 
I thought a terrorist is someone who terrorizes people?

That's stupid. We do that with Christians too - just recently, we convicted a preacher having sex with minors. If there is illegal activity, the government has the right to seize churches or temples or mosques.
