My adopted son was not circumised at birth....for years he had a problem with the foreskin, and even tho' he was told how to clean his penis, it kept getting irritated and redness along with pain.
I took him to the doctor several times and each time he suggested circumcision. So, at age 11, he was....and never has had a problem since.
An adult male who have not had this surgery at birth almost always have problems. And I feel most men would rather have it done. It's not only hygienic and more sanitary, it's more comfortable to a man and the penis looks much better than one with the foreskmin hanging over it.
It's more comfortable during sex also, so I feel it's best to circumcise male babies at birth. Waiting until they get older is more painful for them.
