I see. Personally I cannot complain about its effects, since I see higher-paying jobs around here that resulted. I contrast that with "McJobs" created by the trickle-down theory of giving huge tax breaks to the very rich. I suppose I haven't seen enough of the USA to see all aspects, so I guess time will tell.

What I have seen as well.

If she willingly stopped taking her meds, then the insurance will no doubt not pay off. She bears culpability for her action (not taking her meds) that led to the accident. And she is left wide open for civil liability, which will be covered by no insurance company or the government.

They already paid......It was in the article.

I lived through Reganomic time in 1980's. It was the best time I had cuz $10 last me all day long, $2.50 for McDonald's meal (Big Mac, Fries, meduim coke), $3 spent on Arcade games, $3.50 to watch movie at theater, and last $1 for slurpee and candies (slurpee cost .45 and couple of candies .50). I had few pennies left on end of the day. Today's economy, $10 only last for just for few hours.

I used to be a richest kid in the neighborhood cuz I own a lawn biz and mowed 7 lawns a week and made $450 a month while kids make far less than that. :giggle:
