So . . . Kokonut, I'm sorry to blunt out here... No offense, you are only reinforcing your own stereotype. Why? I'm pretty sure Obama did try to do his best for his country.

But you should realize that I'm not saying everything is Obama's faultless or not. Since a few posters brought up Bush comments, so . . . Personally, I did not care for that bailout Bush did at the end of his term. . . Again, we are at the nation of "Aha, don't just stand there! Do something!" We asked for action, and Bush gave it. If you say Obama is intelligent, well-educated, and charismatic. Well, so is Bush. He graduated from Yale and Harvard, and he gave speeches without a teleprompter. People thought he was stupid because he had an accent, which is prejudice to me. Both Bush and Obama did just try to make anything better for our country. Yes, they did. Bush tried just as hard to hold up foreign relations as Obama is. But, through the barbed wires of the media, everything he did was deemed "stupid," no matter what it was. But when Obama does the same thing, suddenly it is brilliant! Bush was just as compassionate, too. Honestly, I bet on my bid that they want to make anything better for our country. I personally do not think they are different, anyway.

I'm not good at that debating but that is my some rebuttal, here. I share your feelings on politics. . . I hope you could get an idea for looking at other side. :)

You made several good points here. Sometimes, opinions don't need to be debated. History will link Bush and Obama. Anyone that thinks Bush was not of high intelligence is mistaken. There are no idiots as President. Presidents make mistakes, but they have to try things to find solutions. It is a learning process. Obama does present a hope for recovery. It will go smoother if everyone pulls together; left and right.

We'll ask the relatives of the deceased. It wouldn't be any more slanted than any other poll taken! Obama has been accused of murdering America anyway. We might as well get the stats to accuse him of murdering heart attack victims.:giggle:

Maybe we can even get koko to help us if he does't have an Obama related stroke or heart attack. :giggle: Course, he'll jump at any chance to put Obama in a bad light.

Hell, he'd blame the heart attacks, the stokes, the diabetes, the cancer, the arthritis, and the common cold on Obama!:lol:

Can say that Obama has more of a tendency to listen to numerous people of intelligence....professionals in thier respective fields. He may not choose to act on all of info but listens to try and make an INTELLIGENT decision.
Unlike someone else who chose to have a very very small club of info....his vice president...daddios former defense minister....oh, and 'Turd Blossom', his political specialist, Karl Rove. Which only proves everything was a political choice rather than something the country needed.
If a cabinet minister or anyone didn't kiss butt...they were gone...what the hell is that? Cronyism and nepotism. And 'Good Job, Brownie.' post Katrina.I felt totally insulted as an American.
We don't see this kind of thing from Obama. Bush came from money but Obama has more class.
Well...you didn't want Bush mentioned but that is part of how you explain what you like about Obama. The change. THE FACT THAT WE ARE NOT ALL BEING DISRESPECTED BY OUR PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT AND OUR INTELLIGENCE INSULTED ON A WEEKLY BASIS.
I EXPECT MORE RESPECT FROM A PRESIDENT TOWARDS HIS/HER PEOPLE OF WHOM HAD PUT HIM/HER IN OFFICE. Obama shows respect toward American citizens. Not spitting in our face like some spoiled Richie Rich.

Something so cool? He exemplifies family values in every act. He doesn't need to keep telling us that he is supportive of family values. He shows it in his actions.
