It's $3.76 here as we are not affected by hurricane Ike in the west coast.

Looks like from Michigan to Alabama is affected :(

Yep, I'm not too happy about this either.

Yesterday it spiked up from $3.59 to $4.15 and then today, it went down a little to $3.95. Still, It is bad enough when the gas prices has spiked up. :(

It is because the southeastern states (such as Kentucky, West Virginia, Parts of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida and Louisiana) gets the gas from Texas and Louisiana.

The oil refineries in Texas and Louisiana has shut down their oil productions due to Hurricane Gustav and Hurricane Ike which has affected the southeastern states. Parts of Indiana and Michigan are affected as well.

Ok I didn't know that,thanks Jolie

Gas here jumped up to $3.59 today. That is 25 cent increase in two day period.

I am not excatly sure how many litres in my tank, it might be more than 30 litres but it is average $35 to $40 a tank, depending on the costs per litre, they varies all the time!
Next time, wait until the gas gauge is at the halfway mark then get gas. When you fill up the tank, check how much was put in the car, double it, and round it off. :)

*groans*

The gas price jumped 20 cents since yesterday. :(

Gasoline prices that surged overnight — to nearly $5 a gallon in some places

Oh ouch, I hopefully gas price will start level off in few weeks after oil refineries are recover and able to produce more oil as deliveries would go back to normal.

It had been done after Katrina, I know it's not really fun.
