Me? Nothing much to do, except go to a meeting, and be back home during the late afternoon hours, and then relax, cause I'll be waking up early that morning. What about you? What are your plans for the 14th?
 
I'll be working and just another normal day for me.
 
Vallentine day dance to the Uptown Swing band-Canadian Legion hall Dawes Rd Toronto.
Great Cochlear Implant exercise.
 
Valentine's Day is an overrated holiday and it is commercialized these days. Why should there just be one day to show your significant other or even friends/families love when we should be showing them love 365 days a year?

It is hilarious to see males feel pressured on that day to buy flowers, especially roses for their significant other. We should never feel obligated to show love as it is something that naturally should be done from the heart.

Valentine's Day used to be so "special"....and I do still give those close to me flowers or candy....and feel for those who don't have a spouse or sweetheart...maybe your Mother would appreciate the flowers and candy immensely!...
 
Migjt be overrated but i still like doing something special. I am making some brownies that my fiance likes a lot. I know we are going to do this picnic thing. Taking some snacks and just star gazing. Thats plan till now.

Valentine's Day IS overrated, but what's the point of just making that night special because everyone else is doing it? Doing a picnic thing can be done on any of the other 364 nights of the year right? :)

Valentine's Day like I have mentioned already shouldn't be a special day that is more important than the other 364 days of the year. Love isn't to be just given on just one day. A card shouldn't just have to be given on one day. Gifts shouldn't just have to be given on one day. Flowers and candies can be given on the other 364 days of the year. Oh, by the way, Valentine's Day is a pagan holiday!

I think our family will go out to eat and I will think about my ex-boyfriend. :cool2:

Why are you judging about my personality? I do not wish you to justify my lifestyle and it is my business to do anything with my life.

You are adult and you should worry about yourself instead of judge on us.

I said that towards you because of the fact you are thinking of a past relationship. We shouldn't generally dwell on the past as we should be concentrating on the present and the future. It is just like the following quote: "Do you know why a car's windshield is so large and the rear view mirror is small? It is because our past is not as important as our future. So look ahead and run!"

I bought two red champagne glasses and two red shot glasses. I bought a cute valentine boxer for my date. I am planning to buy more for him. I am not sure what to do on Valentine's Day...I am thinking about making a big dinner and a bath with candles around bathtub. :dunno:

Umm...i do. And i know the other comment is nit directed to me...but the past is as important as is the present or future. Just giving my opinion.

Yes, the past is important because just like the quote says: Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

However, I was stating that we don't need to dwell on the past because we cannot change the past. The present and the future are what we must have our eyes on because therein lies the opportunities to change.
