Usually straight through the night. When I did graveyard shift, it was multiple waves. Too tired for me.. Good thing for straight 8 hours job.

I sleep in multiple saves, short and deep. I cant do straight 8 cuz I have an occasional wake period and it’s hard to go back to sleep. Hell, I might be sleep-writing all this.
