Perhaps the stupidest reason why I got in trouble at work.

&^^

haha dixie.. i cant believe she wahhhh to her boss and sobbing like crazy.. gosh.. she need to grow up! thats for sure! sheesh.

Yep thats right.. yall dont need to babysit her and her emotional plms. just tell her dont cry anymore and be TOUGH. no one wanna hear one whining cuz its a workplace for heaven's sake!

like others said.. ignore her and DONT talk to her at all. simply enough she is not a good friend who have mental plms and need help!

i am sorry u had to go thru but i hope u will get this straight out.. u need to tell boss to ask your co worker to verify your story cuz you were talking to her.. not the crazy co worker then this all will be just a memory. hahah.. jeez..

I am sorry if you have mentioned this b/4 or if I seem stupid but I ask 'do you have a union rep?' That's how the UAW works here in Michigan.

I am w/ the pp, don't say a word to her.

What is the "pp?"

What is the "pp?"

PP for me is PEE PEEEEEEEEEEE!

lol no really. PP is "people"

 We have a guy at work that goes by P.P. He is a Loation (sp?) guy thats been there for well over 20 years I think and the origins of his name are along the lines that when he first moved here, the only words he knew in English were peepee. Anytime he needed a break he would say "pee pee".

He speaks fluent English now, but thats how he managed in an all-English workplace 20 years ago when the Laotians (sp?) were first moving into the area and there were no interpreters readily available.

On another more serious tone. The crazy co-worker was gone today for a doctor's appointment (puh-leze give that woman some Zoloft or Wellbutrin XL!!!) and ironically I had to take her place on the line at the last minute. And oh guess this - - - it was SOOOOOOOOO peaceful today at work. No crying, no flying emotions, nothing. It was actually kind of boring today without so much damn excitement compared to yesterday's drama!

still waiting to hear more drama that just happened today after lunch! *twidding my fingers*

Dixie, hope you get everything straighten out and she doesnt belong there if she had that kind of problem.

Best of luck to you.

Yes,
the previous drama that happened on Thursday after lunch was that 5 people were arrested while on the line!

They took two P.C. servicemen, 1 shoulder cutter from line 3, one white meat feeder from line 2, and another shoulder cutter from line 10.

One of them was working directly across from me when the line boss came out and told him to turn in his supplies and go directly to the front office, he never came back.

Out of the five that were arrested, only the shoulder cutter from line 3 came back as I had heard he paid his bail and fine in full.

The others I believe were terminated as they could not make bail by the next morning.

The complex manager was not happy at all. From here on out, I believe the new policy is that if you are arrested on the job, it is automatic termination on the spot. I have to agree with it though. The company should have to deal with your mess when you decide to skip court and then later get arrested as they have to find other people to replace you on the line.

But - wow, five arrests in one day at the workplace? That doesnt happen every day!

whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaa that is alot. I hope thing go smoothy at your workplace and maybe get your work place in a peace for your sake. Hang in there girl.

Hanging in just fine. Threw me another hissy fit today and called my supervisor's son a F-ing A-hole straignt to his face.

I never once got in trouble, mostly because everyone was rooting for me. I just finally got tired of his mouth and his attitude. He is the laziest person I've ever had to deal with, but yet he cocks an attitude like he is the hardest worker in the whole plant.

His mom never said a word, never even looked at me. Probably because she knows his attitude and his mouth would have eventually landed him in hot water.

Yeah I was mad enough I had tears and I kicked the schitt out of the metal table next to me. And yes I have a big black bruise on my foot from it,

You gotta love poultry processors - the damndest places to work in that's for sure!

thats wild day u had, dixie.. wow! hehe! it bound to happen sometimes.. what can we do.. police have to do their jobs, you know?? oh well...

thats too bad for those who lost their jobs.. shit happens. shoudl havent broken the law, you know?? pay up or else....
