No. Mediation means all parties sit around a table and discuss the problem. A neutral person negotiates between the parties, and makes a decision how to solve the problem. It might involve some compromise by both sides. All parties must agree to accept the decision. There are people who are professional mediators. It's kind of like Solomon judging a dispute. :)

My parents came back to home last night from Utah, so I am going to make a paper of agreement about buying my part out, if they want to buy my part out then they will have to sign my paper of agreement. If it doesn't work, then I will try other ways in my mind.

Here's latest updates:

I just have a call chat with my dad, he told me that he was thinking about change the monthly payment from 15 years to 30 years to lower the amounts of monthly payment so that we can rent out and I could have a little additional income which seems can be helpful, or sell the land together. He was kept telling me that he don't have the money to buy my part of the land out so I don't think it will work out about him buying my part of the land out. We also set up the meeting tomorrow afternoon.

I will update after that.
 
Here's the update, it's good news.

Just today, at about 3 afternoon, my parents came to my place and have a talk, I have been trying to convience them to think about sell instead of trying to get the bank loans for construction, trying to renting the mobile home out, many different complication ways, we have been fighting till about 7, we finally became more silently when my brother came back home. We was talking more, and then I finally convience them to sell the land and they agree with me.. I will go to their place tomorrow, and will have more talk, I will update.

I really hope they will stick with selling the land..

Well I just have the meeting with parents today and it seems so much of plans to choose from so I will update when we really decide for one thing.

Oh yeah, I am trying my best to solve this problem that's all.. Right now I am pretty used with it since I had been in this problem for 3 years, I really hope it will never happen again after it have been solved.. Right now I am trying to pull my parents to think about other way that they can return the money to me instead of dreaming about things that they couldn't do like putting the investment into building the condos and stuff like that.. Thank you for the concerns, I will surely update when the final decision was pledged to be solved :)

Oh you can't tell court that you want money back or what? You can get another bank account and put money in that from parents'. Parents can't say no. Cuz you are over 18.

Well the court case are too far serious, also might cost me the money and I was just trying my best to make my parents to give me my money back by themselves instead having the court force them to give me the money.
 
I hope your parents give you back all of your money instead of half or less.
 
Well everything seems so mess up with my parents and my brother too so far, we made an approitment with a consuler this May 7th.. Hope it will help.. *sigh*
