Overtime pay or no?

I would LOVe to work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week. That would be awesome. It is 12:30 am and I just finished a 16 hour shift at my 2nd job so 10 hours is like nothing to me nowadays.

Yeah, longer weekends (three days off - sometimes four days off including a holiday).
