Yes, I've noticed that some ADers are rude to others, but I'm trying hard to be nice because it's the right thing to do and I've been banned in the past for insulting others.

I was simply pointing out that former President Bush is a clear example of a Republican in Name Only. I wasn't making any implication about whether or not you were a fan of his.

By the way, if you like him as a person, I think it's safe to assume that you also approved of him as President.

i don't know why you had to bring him up. I just figure you probably thought I like Bush better than McCain. I see them as the same.

You mentioned McCain being RIMO. Since former President Bush can also be described in this way, I decided to mention him. I wasn't trying to start a Democrat vs. Republican debate. My political views have nothing to do with it.

Originally, I am a registered Democrat. You just reminded me to mail in correction to change my political affiliation to Independent. And yes Foxrac, you're right about my view being a Centrist. You could say that I'm a moderate liberal as well. :dunno:

Like I said, lighthouse... I wanted to vote for McCain + Hutchinson but Palin???? wtf..... wtf... many Republicans shared same disbelief. I wasn't very comfortable voting for Obama but he'll do for now... definitely better than McCain + Palin.

Conservatives may not hate Obama, but you'd never know it based on the level of crititicism that has been aimed at him since he took office. Liberals have done their fair share of criticizing him as well, but since we are discussing how conservatives view Obama, that isn't the point.

No. I have admired their work, or I have admired their personal ethics and values as they are described by them, but I don't like anyone I don't have a personal relationship with. Unless you have a mutual friendship, you don't know enough about the other person to know whether you like them or not. You only know that you like or dislike what you have seen from them behavior wise, in limited situations. Liking someone's behavior in one instance is not the same as liking them as a person.

I can imagine if Sarah Palin was our president then would facing many diplomat relation issues with other countries, especially Russia, Cuba, China, Iran and Venezuela.

Palin made disgusted words for Russia, she said would open war against Russia, that what we don't want to be happen but conflict with between Russia and Georgia are already worn off.
