We talk about North Korea threat issues.
Don't need to worry - we do talk about earthquake in California in this thread.
We talk about North Korea threat issues.
All this talk about earthquakes in California. Alaska has had the most and stronger earthquakes. Missouri comes second largest, then California. I've been in four of the largest ones here in California and they definitely are not fun but tornados, ice storms, hurricaines in the rest of the states have claimed a lot more lives then earthquakes in California.

I agree with you but I read the whole thread and there are quite a few posts about earthquakes here in California. Since I live here I thought I would put my 2 cents in.
Continue the discussion about NK I am enjoying reading it, some great information.
Eh? I grew up in California. I've had experienced of earthquakes many times. I have no damage housing report, I do have home insurance and I had some survival kits (foods, camping stove, solar power for cellphone, etc). I ain't afraid of earthquake. They always panic attack or panic disorder. I'm not.
Your right!!! It's amazing the destruction the1989 earthquake caused yet only 63 people were killed. Compared to the lives lost in Katrina:-(
I love living in California, born and raised and never left.
*reading your location: California*.... oh....
1989? that's where from San Franciso. I live in Los Angeles area. too few housing damaged than SF's worst earthquake.
Yes, that's true, also insurance usually goes bankrupt after major hurricanes like Katrina.
whats that? insurance payouts only for umbrellas?? thats just MEAN
What air show? All military air show has been cancelled due to $85 billion defense budget cut.
Well the Air Force designated it a fighter because the pilot (aims) the ordnance just like a gun in the nose or on wings. It carried a grand total of two laser-guided bombs because it was too small for anything more. They were dropped far from the target and guided by the pilot to the target.
The B-2 Bomber carries 20 tons of conventional or nuclear bombs which are dropped straight out the bottom where gravity takes over. Hence a (bomber).

Now we're talking! If you have never seen one fly at an air show, you really are missing something spectacular.
F-16 I think flew right above my head (I am not sure how high but it was really low), man! UNREAL and yes I saw Stealth flying around my house once and it was awesome! I only live few miles from airport and they had blue angel and other military air show I forgot what it was called.
That's one of two replacements for F-117. Another one is F-35.Ahh.. other stealth fighters F-22 on drills.

The Air Force retired the F-117 on 22 April 2008, primarily because of the fielding of the F-22 Raptor and the impending introduction of the F-35 Lightning II.
not really. they have umbrella insurances.
Yeah, what do you think of this one?All this talk about earthquakes in California. Alaska has had the most and stronger earthquakes. Missouri comes second largest, then California. Jiro's quote:What is umbrella insurances mean?
Almost similar experience... I have had an F-15 fly right over me with their afterburners on at an airshow. I agree... unreal!
