really you find out know how! Some years ago Canada Post stripped 15 sick days away from postal workers; as a result, many of them have had to lose pay on sick day or doctor appointment after consumption of their annual sick days. My good friend has lost $400 in pay for doctor and MRI appointments when his annual sick leave has expired.
Safety is a major factor, too. I know for a fact that some mailmen have had to carry two or so heavy bags and I have witnessed several of them struggled while carrying two bags. In addition, Canada Post knowingly forced them to work in extreme cold weather in the past. Six years ago or so, several mailman in Hull and Ottawa refused to work in very cold weather with -51C wind chill; as a result, Canada Post suspended and fined them. Quebec Labour Ministry and Public Labour Relations Board had to intervene on their behalf to force Canada Post to cancel their decision.; moverover, Canada Post got a warning over their treatment of mailman in this incident.
As a matter of facts, the working atmosphere at Canada Post has never been positive for a long time.
I am expect to figure out!
canada is very still on mailman?
