(B) the members of which engage, or have engaged within the past 5 years, in a continuing series of offenses described in subsection (c); and
(C) the activities of which affect interstate or foreign commerce.

Are you aware that English is different in all countries? For instance, the orthography, speech and vocabulary. A lot of words widely used here have different meanings in other countries.

You are a troll. As is evidenced by other posts in other threads. Really, no one here is as impressed with you as you are with yourself. Take that high school diploma of yours and use it to get a library card. If you have even graduated from high school. I would suggest that if you did, you had a difficult time in doing so.

Yeah. When I hear the British speak of chocolate digestives, I keep thinking of chocolate laxatives when it's actually a chocolate biscuit.
