I will never let my son to play any of toys related with guns.. but thankgod.. sean is more into trucks!

again.. I hope mack had learned his lesson to not around with the guns..

Guns are scary. Even my parents wont buy us toy guns as kids. Only closest thing are like spacy type of guns but nothing realistic or any pointing weapons.
Wondering how is your son doing and is he aware of what has happened and now know the danger of the gun?
 
I wish every kids learn their lesson NOT to touch the guns. It's extremely dangerous to handle it, it possible one of them would be dead or badly injure from that. :ugh: I hope Mack know how dangerous the guns are and let's hope he won't touch it again.

Well, I have a story to tell...When i was about 3 or 4 years old, my parents and I went over some friends of my parents' house one night so they can play cards. Like all kids do, i was snooping around their house, i went into their bedroom and i found their loaded pistol under the pillow! I came out of the bedroom, pointed the pistol at my mom with the trigger pulled back!! They all just frozed in shock then slowly my dad got up and went up behind me and grabbed the gun away from me, just BEFORE i shot! well, geez i dont remember doing that, i was only 3 or 4 years old.
We have rifles and pistols in our house but we always lock them up for safety reasons! Guns are very dangerous for children because they dont know nothing about them. They have to be at certain age to go hunting and they have to take training before they could use rifle here in Oklahoma. I never allowed my son use BB guns at all, even though he wanted one.

Most little boys don't need toy guns. They just make them out of Tinker Toys or Legos, or they just use sticks or point their fingers. I think "playing" guns is almost an instinct in boys.
 
That's got to be something horrible for a mother to go through!

I would agree with posts!

but i dont wanted my children used guns in my house! if my children become police officers like my Uncle have guns! but my Uncle is prison Officer!

i dont wanted my children used toys guns! but my brother used toys guns! but my brother is 21 years old he not child!

God Bless you and your family .... that was an eye opener ... glad everyone turned out alright. Yes, it is common to have people talk of houses being burned to the ground instant vacant lot ... but the KJV Holy Bible is still there... not one burnt page or rough and tough men in combat during wartime missions having the KJV Holy Bible in their pocket only to be hit by a bullet and clearly shows the soldier God saved his life...or even in a bad car crash ... the car is gonna be about to explode... victims pulled out to safety ... the car roars with ground shaking explosion .... firemen arrive on the scene .... put the fire out with water .... clearly totally burnt car .... Very scary condition.

I would NEVER own guns/rifle in the house... NO WAY.

I saw them last week. First thing Mack does is show me his chest. I told him it's scary to know he has that, and hope he will be more careful in the future. Guns are bad, real or play. :( I think they're all just thankful, you know? They're great kids, I love them all.
 
Thank you all and Heath: Good verse and showed Mack.. he just mumbles.. but i feel great after I know that HE up above still have alot of the greatest for us and all.. very true about burn, power of word.. etc.. cant name them all..

Katzie... hes doing ok.. and the rest of us too.. they are kind of down cuz tomorrow is their last day of school..

Just hope the summer going to be safe for all of us and all of you guys too..
 
I will wont allow my kids to play with the guns so I will put the guns for safety somewhere.
 
wow i am so speechless to read this. I dont know how words to describe this. good thing that there is an guardian angel came down to protect him which it is a miracle. :angel:
