My boyfriend James got offer jobs in Perth,Australia

I would say maybe 2-3 hours into the flight. I'll have to look that one up on the Internet.

I know you can be in Dallas/Ft. Worth in 45 mins from here. So does my above guesstimate sound correct, no?

Gah, I'm not having any luck on the search terms.

Well then when you fly over Arkansas there'll be gobs of mountains to your west then a big blob of metropolis in the middle that would be Little Rock/N. Little Rock, then to the east is nothing but flat prairie land. I'm in the mountain side of the state about halfway down the Arkansas River Valley which divides the mountains into north and south halves.

BTW- our mountains are NOT snow-capped so don't get confused in case you fly over Denver. Forgot I had just pretty much described Denver, CO, lol.

:topic: I'm from Conway originally. My father was a Professor at Arkansas State Teacher's College which is now part of University of Arkansas. We left there in 1966.

I don't blame ya for leaving Arkansas. While there's educational opportunities abound, there are actually very few career opportunities here unless you plan on staying at the bottom of the totem pole.

I was 3 when we left. My father ended up with a major injury and was told to move to the tropical heat of Florida. After he got to Florida, he was over-qualified to teach and ended up teaching in a high school for far less than his qualification called for. He was a Professor of English, German and Latin.

Yea, if you hit some mountains, holler, I might be able to rescue you. Me and my jeep.

Then once I have possession of you, i'll throw snowballs at you.

and Saint Bernard

Jiro, I love St. Bernard. This wonderful dog can save people's lives in the mountain. The only thing is I am wondering why St. Bernard had to have a small container for beer instead of water around the St. Bernard's neck. I must be naive on this. :hmm:
