My BB 8820 is died

Yes you should go apply TAP on that phone if your not going to use voice calls.

.

Would cover my unlimited plan with tethering? I don't have voice plan either.

I will try it.

Paceman, i strongly suggest you to take TAP for your smartphone so u would save a lot of money.

Tethering is another story. if you desperately need it, use your common sense that you can control the data and time. i use it sometimes when it is necessary. at&t mobility would over look at your data when you reach 2 - 4k mb a month. just dont use it daily. juse use it when it is necessary. for instance, you can bring ur laptop to coffee shop or restaurant and you can tether it to ur laptop once a while. PM me if you have more questions. :)

I have to agree with deafclimber advice, Since strong recommended for you to take TAP for your smartphone that can save you lot of money so he got some great points. I think you should take his advice. I think he great giving you the advice you needed. :)

I'm not very satisfied with blackjack II then returned it for refund and wait for iPhone 3G on July 11, I will have camp at att store overnight, also my att rep is very friendly and explain about first iPhone launch day in last year, they got plenty after that and will be start at 8 am.

If any ADers who want get iPhone 3G on July 11 then grab camp chair and stuff to front of att store or apple store.

Let us know how the iPhone work out for you!

I am considering iPhone since we can get TAP on iPhone now and it got 3G but I probably won't get it until August or so around because I wanted to make sure it got AIM support when SDK is released.
