I don't know about your annual earning and I doubt that you will be affected with tax increases since you are not millionaire. You will going sticking with Bush tax cut until expiration, unless lawmakers willing to expand it.

I paid income tax as well because scholarship and grants are taxable on certain items.

Some states don't have their income tax (Texas, Florida) and few states don't have sale tax (Oregon, Delaware).

My worst tax ever is sale tax but really necessary for civil services.

I disagree with you again about freeloaders and my sister doesn't get ANY of welfare - no Medicaid, no food stamp, NOTHING and she doesn't have job at all because it is extremely hard to find a job now. She's just live with family and she just got little allowance from her family. It is very hard to get welfare programs due to strict criteria and income limit. There are many people that I know hate welfare programs a lot and they want get a job so really badly.

The welfare programs in America sucks and there are millions of people rather to have a job. There is HUGE drawback is expensive private health insurances and I know some people rather to have Medicaid over private health insurance.

Look, I'm not eligible for Medicaid and food stamp anymore. I'm current college student who on semester break due to medical condition. I have deal with costly medical care under private health insurance.

I'm glad you are admitting there are freeloaders out there because there are many.
I'll admit that a well funded and well enforced entitlement program is beneficial. However, as you have mention, that is not happening today. Also this OP is about the budget and sticking to one. A budget is constitutionally required and the American people should not only demand that Congress has one but sticks to it.
To have a strict entitlement program and a much more strict budget wipes out the need for any tax money being wasted and reduces the tax load of all Americans.

Let me clear up for you.

There are not many freeloaders that use welfare programs and I don't see them as gimme, gimme, gimme.

I believe that Medicare should be well funded, BASED on progressive, NOT based on right wing nor is republican.

I'm not figgin republican.

Yup, they are existing, however it isn't limited to America only but most other countries are.

I follow that based on NBER and the GDP isn't NEGATIVE in TWO QUARTERS. Our GDP is positive right now.

FYI, my sister abandoned the jobs at twice without proper resignation due to dissatisfied with jobs so it will probably adversely effect on her employment history rather than just blame on slow economy. There are other reasons that Americans can't find a jobs than just slow economy alone.

Many Americans had been suffered from 1990-1991 recession and didn't got better until 1994-1995.

The freeloaders are classic issue for welfare programs and there are nothing could you prevent them.

Oh yes there is!!! There is something called local charities and agencies.

From Washington nobody is minding the store.
But on the local level there is always someone watching over those getting benefits and making sure the resources are being used properly.

Washington wants to be the big bully and control everything and a person who thinks Washington can do the best job or even a better job than locals is a silly fool.

In bold - I disagree and federal has to mandate the policies for them to accept any funds from federal.
