Memphis Teen Shot in Behind Over Sagging Pants

That man needs to see a shrink, srsly.

No wait, make that anger management.

Isnt pointing a gun at someone an intention to harm someone with a deadly weapon? Common sense that a gun is deadly so this guy should have an attempted murder charge.

you need to start spelling seriously out, seriously. aussie or not. otherwise...'that man' would be you. :hmm:
Sorry to burst your bubble, the word is not an aussie slang, it is an acronym or text style wording. ;)

exactly, then spell it out like a grown man.

shel, it was in buttocks...maybe they'll consider differently if shot in back or chest? I wonder.

Too bad, freckles. I am a kid in heart ;)
I can say whatever I want, no matter if I am grown man or not.

Being an armchair lawyer, I see? Simply refer to Tennessee's criminal code. His action points to Aggravated Assault.

Looking at your post - it's even worse. That's why you should vote for me. Amendment 2 for everyone! :rifle:

Do you support minor (under 18 years old) rights to be armed citizen?

that's what Aggravated Assault (also Assault With Deadly Weapon) is for.

Attempted Murder is the "failed premeditated murder"

Those saggy, baggy pants are disgusting. With 3 boys, "pull those pants up, where's ur belt?" is an everyday occurance here....but my boys don't wear them toooo low. ... And where they attend school, baggy, saggy pants are not allowed, a belt must be born, or a shirt covering the underwear.

One of my sons started wearing them pulled wayyyy upp...reminded me of Pee Wee Herman!

kid in heart...and almost fractured wrist the other day? :hmm: but I get it, get it. suit yourself. :)

Personal Responsibility. and Common Sense. It's up to parents.

Not me, except for some reasons, such as hunting or training range with parental supervision is ok.

I believe that over 18 years old have rights to be armed, whatever laws and requirement applies by state/federal.
