Matt's Theme Park Review

LOL @ PDP

I will post when the next time I will be going to Cedar Point.

I haven't seen any reviews on Many other parks? Does anyone have any comments on parks? I would like to know where I should try and go.

Yes, I know since at least 2000, you can get a season pass that is good for any Six Flags Theme Park. The earlier you buy it, the cheaper. I give them out for Christmas Gifts. For Six Flags in Mass, it cost me $55 each. Great Deal.

Paramout owns Kings Dominion (VA) and Kings Island (OH). I believe you can get Seasons passes for them, too. ( I can check the web site). Kings Island has 2 good coasters, and that is about it. Kings Dominion is a GREAT and BEAUTIFUL park. I would give that one :thumb::thumb:

Ooooooooooooooooer! Hey, Matty -- I've got to look you up when I'm in the USA next for my holiday! I've got to get the Season pass! ;)

I really miss riding rollercoasters as there's none that's great in Victoria, Australia -- they don't have any of those theme parks like Queensland does.

Daaaaaamn you, Prostock!! Why did you have to break the new Superman ride in New Jersey!?!? Kuifje75 and I waited in line from 945 PM to 12 AM before it finally broke down!!! Aurgh!! I hate that when it happens. I have this habit of riding everything and saving the best for last.

Damn, damn you! ;) We got free passes though.

By the way, NJ's Six Flags was pretty good, except the water fountains were not obvious enough and the water tasted like the Energizer Bunny ejaculated into it. :blah!: Another bad side about NJ's Six Flags is the lack of trees on that boardwalk area. Shade is TOO important to consider!

I love the fact they had some nostalgia rides. I even got to ride one where it was my first ride I even remembered getting on back in Phoenix, Arizona! Batman's ride was really good as well as Medusa and Scream Machine. I love the rule that if you get caught cutting lines, they'll throw your ass out of the park with no refund!! Yay! I'd go to Six Flags in New Jersey again!

Another thing, get FASTLANE!!! You'd get more rides this way and use the lunch hour to chat with buddies.

LOL. Sorry you didn't get to ride the new ride. I like the Vekoma flying coasters (X flight @ Six Flags Ohio and Batwing at Six Flags DC) than the ones built by B&M (Six Flags NJ and Six Flags GA).

Most parks have that rule about line cutting. I won't do it. And, I hate when people do it. I usually yell at them if they are cutting me.

Fastlane rulez. I love using it when the park is crowded. I will use it this Saturday at Six Flags Mass Deaf Day. I rather socialize out of line than in line.

Fastlane is kinda like a paging system. Say you want to go on Superman and the wait for line is 1 1/2 hours. You will get a reservation time for 1 1/2 hours. It will remind you by beeping and vibrating 10 mins before your reservation time. Then you can skip the line and go right to the front of the line.

KEWLIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's something I'd find ultra useful! ;) I'd like to use that when I'm back in the States and going to different 6 Flags amusement Parks and trying out all the wild rides, eheheh! Don't wanna be waiting in LONG queues for more than an hour. :P

Ta so very muchly! :ily:

Let me know if you are come to Six Flags over Texas at Arlington, TX.

Over Texas is the oldest Six Flags ever! :D They just add new rider. Usually, two to three years, they keep add or replace new rider.
