Sounds like a subject for mythbusters.
Pee does conduct electricty!..if anyone is wondering.
About 2 years ago I was walking my dog Duma. He was on a lead.
He stopped at a lampost [as dogs do] and began to mark his territory.
No sooner had he started when he lept 3 feet into the air and looked quite distressed.
Looking up I saw the light was damaged and there were wires exposed.
The pole was live!
I called out the power company who quickly sorted it out.
Poor Duma...for the next 6 months he gave that lampost a wide berth!
He seems to have forgot about it now though!
They have done it. Like I said, need to push that pee hard, would get electric over body. If doing slow, the "line" is break up, no worry.
okwas this dude bare foot or something, mythbustes busted this one , so I know that thee was something other then his urine acting as a conductor like no shoes or maybe even the car but it can't have just been the urine , we are missing important facts

I think he just earned himself a Darwin!
Firefighters found the body of a man lying several feet away from the transmitter. They say it looks as though he was electrocuted while trying to steal copper.
Deputy Chief David Soward said the thief received a jolt of 69,000 volts of electricity, which killed him instantly.
