Hilarious! Just like the first youtube, he peed in his pants... I think when your pee gets shocked, you lose control of your bladder.
 
Mythbusters actually re-visited it and later confirmed. You don't have to have a solid stream of urine. Typical power lines are 12-25 thousand volts and can jump in the air over an inch. The greater voltage, the further it can arc.

I've been shocked by 50,000 volts and never felt it (look up Tesla Coil). They have a higher frequency and the current travels on top of your skin, not through it which is why you can't feel it.

Water isn't conductive, its the crap that's in the water.
