Last Movie You Watched?

I just watched the DVD from the library, "The Celestine Prophecy." It was pretty interesting. This movie is about five years old.
 
The last three movies that we rented (saw today and yesterday) were Pink Panther 2, Gran Torino & Bedtime Stories. :P

Pink Panther 2 I give 1 and a half/5 stars
Bedtime Stories I give 3/5 stars because I like Adam Sandler
Gran Torino I give 4.5/5 stars because I am a hard marker, but it is a truly good movie minus the number of obscenities.
 
Just kept up with my Jason Statham movie addiction with "Transporter 2" and "Crank" then I went back 22 years to 1987 with "Summer School" starring NCIS's Mark Harmon. I cant even believe how much Mark Harmon had changed since Summer School 1987 to NCIS 2009. I hadnt seen "Summer School" in like what 20 years, but it was really refreshing to watch it again. Plus the price for that dvd was only $2.70 new after my Walfart employee discount lol.

Going to wait until "Transporter 3 " gets more cheaper at walfart then Ill take it :)
 
I watched Transformers: RoTF last night. It's not bad but I am quite disappointed about some parts in that movie aren’t right. Devastator was made from combination of cloned vehicle mode of Constructicons, rather than using transformers from beginning of movie themselves. How come corpse of Megatron changed its original form to triple form in first time before being resurrected? And there is no aircraft carrier transformer in movie as Michael Bay said in past time. I am big fan of aircraft carrier transformer!

By way, I caught Bonecrusher in vehicle mode at Egypt! It's in scene just few minutes after army of nameless Decepticons arrived.

Be advised, this movie isn't for young viewers due to use of sexually language and scenes.
 
Taxi - it was really good... I laughed few times

Step up - oh boy... it was good and I enjoyed it.

If it was given the worst rating, why did they earn $100,000,000 during opening weekend?
 
I just watched the spoof of the first James Bond 007 book "Casino Royale 1967". It's more of a farce than the 2006 Daniel Craig movie. It was way more funnier esp with Orson Welles as Le Chiffre compared to Mads Mikkelsen's 2006 Le Chiffre.

David Niven as 007...that was more nuts than Sean Connery during the 1960s. I'd rather have Sean Connery :)

Catch it on Hulu as it's got CC in it :)

So join me if you watched BOTH the 1967 David Niven version and the 2006 Daniel Craig version of Casino Royale ;)
 
Last movie I watched...

I took my daughter to see 'Night at the Museum 2', it was cute but I rather have gone to see 'Transformers 2'. Maybe next weekend!
 
Lakeview Terrace with Samuel L Jackson. It was pretty suspenseful. Jackson is good at being a crazy, scary person.
 
Last film I saw was Confessions of a shopaholic :D:D

Was supposed to go and see Transformers 2 today but did not, hopefully see it in the next week at some point

What if the bad ratings was part of the advertising gimmick? Sometimes, bad ratings make people want to see it more... especially after how the previous movie did.

I'm still waiting for the transofrmers 2 to be on CC then I'm there regardless. Heard it was good, my good friend went there to watch twice, LOL.

EDIT: It's pretty good. It's not so bad but so creative idea. ;)

I sure love any historical or even documentary on revolutionary war. It and all those people involved intregue me into investication.
