That's British (or English) breakfast, not American breakfast.

Cowboy breakfast doesn't have formal definition but it does closer or mixed with southern food in Texas.

What you put up is called a Full English. It's very famous all over. Only thing missing are the mushrooms and tomatoes, which I think are optional.

The china plate is one give-away. Cowboys didn't carry good china with them.

Jiro, we will do this one breakfast outside one morning of the week we are at a guest ranch at 7,000 feet in WY this coming July.....I have had it before and look forward to it again.....all other meals will be in the main lodge....family style....near gourmet, too....
 
Did cowboys eat on a skillet when they're in the saloon? Can you show me they ate on a skillet inside the saloon?
