Yeppers. Many, many people see the Deaf as a cultural and linguistic minority. The same things that identify other groups.

How can being deaf being an ethnic group! I do not think of me being HOH being part of an ethnic group! There is no blood bond in being deaf!

blood bond? There are genetically deaf people.. I'm one of them.
