It must get tiring!

Really? There are not many schools that use SEE? Really? Don't we have posters here that say that they were raised using SEE?

Really? TC doesn't use SEE? Doesn't it make sense for it to use SEE rather than ASL? Sure it can revert to PSE, but PSE isn't "official", so they have to say SEE. I mean, really!

Really? A hearing person telling deaf people who were RAISED with SEE tells them what SEE really is like. REALLY?

me.

Seaweed Soup. Dried Seaweed. Seaweed & Spam (a favorite for Pacific Islanders especially Hawaiians). Seaweed Snack.

I did , I had a Japanese friend and she made stuffed seaweed for her parties. I love it..

Being in a chicken coop at 115 probably will have the same effect.

I am not sure how chicken coop came up , but I did live in one in Northern California , minus the chickens. They never live got to live in it. I only slept in it. I was out all day..

This is a direct quote from Center for Early Intervention on Deafness, which is in fact a school despite what Jillio chooses to believe.

"Our classes feature a "Total Communication" approach, which combines spoken English, hearing aids, and Signing Exact English (S.E.E.). This opportunity insures full access to better comprehension for each child. "

Thanks for proving my point again.:laugh2: You really don't get it. You need to do a bit more studying. You know just enough to be very confused.

SEE was used in the past. It is not currently used as it was in the 70's. None of the MCEs are. PSE is officially recognized as contact signing.

TC does not use SEE as the language of instruction.

Nope. Not telling Deaf people anything about SEE., except the one that asked a specific quesiton. Am telling a hearing parent that is confused.

Here is a quote pulled directly from the link to Crown Valley Elementary School, who also use Signing Exact English:

*"The deaf and hard of hearing (d/hh) program at Crown Valley Elementary School utilizes a simultaneous communication approach (Spoken English and Signing Exact English).* The program objective is to develop individual communicative competence for every student."

If they are Sim-Coming, they are not using SEE as the language of instruction. You still don't understand. That is why you keep quoting posts that validate what I said.

Unfortunately you don't seem to understand. Or you're letting your unjustified negative feelings towards me to cloud your critical thinking skills.

SEE is not a language, remember?

Given the cumbersomeness of SEE, PSE is the default for TC.
