Ah, good ol party
I'm ahead of you guys. I met the porcelain god this morning. There's a bunch of beer if you guys want. Help yourselves while I lay here in my couch.
Frisky - I like microbrews, and there's a lot of great American microbrews.
Pass me some orange juice someone, please.

So, when a SEE using mother (supposedly) claims that SEE is superior to ASL for deaf children because it teaches English first and foremost, and they do not suffer the language delays or grammatical misunderstanding the ASL users do, said SEE using mother gets corrected. What she says is completelyfalse. Then said SEE using mother, after spending days insisting that she still uses SEE to communicate with her son and he is thriving, waits a few weeks and then begins to claim that she is not using SEE to communicate with her son, she is using ASL. And wonders why everyone is skeptical of anything she claims.
Wow, do you buy into your BS? I bet you do.
I NEVER claimed SEE was superior to ASL. In fact, it was you and a handful of others who claimed ASL was superior to English.
Yes, my son is doing exceptionally well and I'm quite proud of him.
Also, I never claimed I was using ASL as our primary mode of communication. I said we were transitioning to ASL.
Your claims are bull shit. Support any one of your ridiculous statements with a direct quote from me and a link to the thread. Good luck searching, as none of your nonsense will be backed up by anything I've said.
You are intentionally making inflammatory comments just to encourage your minions to continue this tirade.
I value ASL just as I value English.
Don't believe me? IDGARA.

I just got an insightful PM from a well respected member.
I'm not going to read the above posts right now, and I also won't respond to them.
I will say; if you all like the fighting, bullying, immature name calling etc., then carry on.
I had good intentions and was hoping that some of us could make a concerted effort going forward for a less hostile environment.
I was reminded though, that I am not always dealing with linear thinking, rational people.
So with that said, if you get off on the hostility and hate keep at it. If you enjoy reading it, keep "liking" those posts and everything will stay the same.
You might lose some people who would benefit from participating, and on the otherhand you might miss out on some good information they have to share.
But so it goes.
Peace.
Avocado pie?
Wait, wait! We need wine for AlleyCat and Shel!
yep, me too - though I use cheese alternative.
Botti, where are you? Join the party
Just arrived. But I would only like a little glass bottle of Coca Cola. I will just watch you guys eat.
Well, I could also drink a little tea and my friends with the owl sock.
And me!

My nephew keeps those in the fridge! I will get one from him!
For the tea: iced or hot? I have iced Earl Grey already made.
Hot Earl Grey with milk.
