Irony that Lightning struck a tree at the Caylee Anthony!!!

Ironically because she "freed" from jail but her life isn't free. She can commit suicide if she wish to but it will not bring her child back nor erase people memory. Even if angry mobs kill her, it still won't bring her child back, so why is there a point in killing her when you can't bring someone back alive? I don't think these angry mobs understand. but oh well, it is suck to be her. I wonder where will she live? Maybe out of country? China is best place for her.

The case is not closed. That is what I meant. Investigation is still ongoing. The federal judicial branch is paying close attention to the case and preparing for the trial behind closed doors. It will happen. Source: CNN.com

You can retry people for same crime. It would be double jeopardy if the person was retried by same judicial branch. Casey Anthony was tried in state court. She will be tried in federal court. No where in the constitution does it say we cannot retry criminals for same crime if we use separate systems. This is a common practice for serious offenders. This tactic was used to convict mobsters in old days and still is being used for drug dealers and cartels.

If nobody likes this lady why is there so much talk about her? Shes not worth the media.
