iPad 2 in production

I think that iPad 2 is better than Android tablets.

Ok, I will wait to get more info and spec on new iPad 2 around April or earlier. I dislike rumor report on it.

Wait until Motorola Xoom comes out. That is a android tablet and it runs on tablet os, not the phone os. Thats Honeycomb version 3.0. It is different ui.
 
Am looking forward to own one, sometime.
The iPad 2 will definitely be useful for me while I am at work.
Why?
I use VRS via skype - with my iPhone 4, (not at the moment, still waiting for the systems go from the center) and the ipad 2 as I am aware will have a front facing camera - for the facetime feature, which will be in excellent use. (I have WiFi at work)

What about the HP TouchPad? I think it's another good deal to consider though I didn't gather enough info on this product just like iPad 2 yet so it's still little too early.

iPad 3 will be later after HP TouchPad will be ready to launch in middle of year. I think that it s better than TouchPad.
 
The iPad will not have enough "goodies" to make me want to get it. I'll watch for the 3rd generation as I already have the original iPad....
 
iPad 2 is rumored to have facetime (webcam) and faster & lighter. I hope it includes USB so I could use flash drive, but it doesn't say anything about it yet.

HP TouchPad has a webcam and same size and weight as iPad thus it works with Adobe Flash that iPad 1 & 2 lacks.

Yet we still need more details about its features and such. Prices as well.

iPad 3 won't come out till next year or so, likely. How much difference would it reveals?

Chevy57,

My actual point is that the tech stuff improves every time it comes out. The difference is time and prices. You wanna wait for a better one then you just have to wait another year or bit longer for the iPad 3.

The iPad 4 or even 5 would be better than iPad 3 for a sample. So should you wait another two years for a better product? That's my point for you not looking far ahead of anything available or about to come out.
 
Keep the eye out on Motorola Xoom coming out soon. Once again, it's Android OS 3.0 which is optimized for tablets not for smartphones. It will be a different experience compared to the older version of Android running on a Tablet.

Lot of people out there are excited to get the hands on the Motorola Xoom.

I saw the sneak preview of the Andriod honeycomb 3.0 this morning, and I have to admit, I was impressed. :shock:
