I just bought new iPad Wifi at Best Buy store yesterday. Display is nice but no retina. I have my jailbroken iPhone to tether iPad. That s working to connect. I tried to use iSwifter app which watching Hulu, Fox TV, CBS and ABC programs with CC. Video was little cropped but not so bad. If iPad 3 which having retina display and more megapixel cams will be coming next year, I will sell my iPad 2.
 
Oh by all means, the iSwifter works nicely here on my iPad - only will work over WiFi though, not during 3G connection.......
