nonsense. that's like saying - all the money spent on your computer and internet should be spent on helping people.

if you think we should spend more money on finding different fuels, then start a grassroot movement. contact people to donate money. contact corporations to support the idea. you don't need government to do it. the government does not have ability nor resource to do it. the government is not a research agency.

and no we are not forcing our democratic ideal on them. it's the terrorists who are forcing their belief on them and destroying what people built. Iraqi people are progressive and ISIS is doing everything they can to stop that progress and revert back to stone age.

hint - look at Iran and Turkey before fundamentalist lunatics took over.
