I agree with ya, the mother is staying pretty strong lately... There's suppose to be a court today for the 16 years old girl to find out the actual charges today...
You can find out thru any news such as 9NEWS - Home Page etc
 
I just learned that the court date is postponed to march 27, not sure exact reason but I believe the D.A. need more time for formal charges plus waiting for Seth's condition, the one that Samara was riding with... :-\
 
Ahem. I been looking for lean on.... NOZOBO! *sob* I know samara's parents who was my leader/friend. I felt so bad and angry to hear their daughter killed in car accident. I am happy I am not only one that know them. I was little upset with my friends refused to listen my emotion about it.

I been read all articles about Seth and others. I notice Seth's parents seem not happy know about the court and blood result is not done yet....maybe soon ? Sigh.

RIP to samara and my heart to my friend, bill and michelle.... And son, zach

Not a problemo, the mother is getting better but still have up and down at times. I know this situation shouldn't happened at all
 
Sorry this is a very late sympathy to give to you but just want to pass it on and also want to know what was the outcome of that court decision of that drunk driver. I hope they took her licence off her for the rest of her life as she is not capable to have it back nor should she go behind the wheels again. It just sooo sad to read your story.
 
UPDATE: Here's a picture of the parents in the middle and a sign that was posted couple days ago. And I still haven't heard about the progress of the charges against the 16-year old girl yet. Will keep y'll up to date when I find out!
