OK. I'll just pitch my tent in your backyard. :P
Yup, that's right and white population in USA will be 50% in 2050, compared to 70% in 2000.
In 2005, 45% of American children that's under 5 years old are minorities, including with latino, black, asian and other than white.
How soon everybody forgets and conveniently at that. They came over from somewhere else. Just because it is believed they were here first doesn't make them the originals. Nobody knows who was here first. History is all about conquerers, those that assimilate into a population and those that move into into an empty land. History is dynamic...not static and it continually changes.
As far as the Native Americans beliefs are concerned, they are just one of many cultures. Most cultures don't subscribe that the earth's is everyone's. Good luck trying to kick the Chinese out of China!
This fees can cause to result in more illegal immigrants because they can't afford to get green card then across to US illegally and USA has nowhere to make better. I means that will growing in double or triple of illegal immigrant.
Yes I agree that this fee doesn't solve anything but cause more illegal immigrants.
Immigrants who got green card that means legal, not illegal.
Correct
Who cares about job, many illegal immigrants have pass to got job, like at Target, BK, Wal-mart, McDonalds and low paying job.
Interesting, it's legal in your country to employ illegal immigrants in their companies or whatever.
It's illegal here in Germany to employ illegal immigrants in their companies unless they have the residence permit from City Hall. Without residence permit, they cannot get job. They have to extend their residence permit if they want to stay in Germany longer... It's City Hall's decision either they extend their permit or not.

Yup, some companies are accept that but certain of citizens are protest against on them, also bill has been denied and border isn't gain more strength to protect them, that's impossible. I would wonders if they run and across the border like blowout then USA will be in screw up, not for me. I'm sick of SOS (Save Our State) and their members are ended up in arrest for hate crime, even racist to Mexicans and some Mexicans are not happy then try to beat them down.
For me, I have alot of respect and got usually with them, that almost no problem except for conflict with languages like unable to speak english but that's their choice.
I talked to my friend that used to work with illegal immigrants and he said they do paid taxes in federal, state, city and county but they don't pay SS and medicare due absent of SS card and green card. He said it's not bad move for him.
For takeover the job, that's challenge for minimum wage job and you just better to get high paying job then you won't have deal with them. It's normal for immigrants to take the job, more full and some Americans are laid off, some citizens aren't doing well or not make right then wouldn't get job, though.
I don't mean the house, I mean the land. Anyone can pick the land whatever they want. The borderline of country is just made from man.
Great! The more the merrier, heh?Not bad idea, I will join too

I have a couple of multi-room tents, a screened "kitchen" tent, and even a porta-potty/shower tent. I'll bring my propane grill and deep fryer, and my solar water heating bags.
While we're at it, we'll just tap into P's electricity, cable and water. After all, the whole earth belongs to us! :P

I knew they would have increase the fees make it difficult for refugees to enter the US

Nice tampered their ultities..
Exactly! The USA even was not the pure white country, it was Native American's land, and they believe that earth is everyone's home (the land).
We are twisted way off topic here
Refugees? Who, from where?
The starter of the thread was talking about Mexicans (Illegals) not refugees.
Wow Reba, you are getting into this illegal, everyone owes me something mentality - haha
Many fees to skyrocket by end of the month — $1,010 for a green card
Telemundo and MSNBC.com
Updated: 6:42 p.m. CT July 20, 2007
Immigrants could end up paying thousands of dollars more to enter and stay in the country after July 30, when dozens of application fees will double or even triple, sparking opposition from a broad coalition of activists and a rush by immigrants to submit their paperwork before the little-publicized changes take effect.
Altogether, 39 fees will rise an average of 66 percent, but some of the largest increases will come in charges for the most basic documents immigrants must seek. Most notably, the fee to apply for a green card, establishing legal residence in the United States, will almost triple, from $395 to $1,010.
Applying for citizenship will rise from $400 to $675. It cost $90 as recently as 1991.

I have been listening this news for several months and I knew they would have increase the fees make it difficult for refugees to enter the US from conflict situations. In my opinion, the fees are too expensive.
Cool. We can adopt redneck ideas such as..

Legal immigration, fine. Illegally sneaking into the country, not fine....As someone who did an Economics degree I have a positive view of immigration. Immigrants increase the tax base in countries were fertility is declining and the population is aging. They also bring their savings to their host countries, which they spend, resulting in creation of jobs. They also tend to take jobs that no one wants or which cannot be filled. They spend their wages, which further increases jobs. It's not like every country has a fixed number of jobs that stays the same whatever happens.
...The increases are expected to raise an extra $1.1 billion a year for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or USCIS, which is required to cover its costs with the fees it collects from the hundreds of thousands of foreigners who seek residency and citizenship each year.
Simply put, “we need the money,” USCIS Director Emilio Gonzalez said. “To do nothing is to invite organizational disaster, because we are just not covering the cost of doing business.”
