im journey weight loss but im still lose weight

congrats... i dont use pills to lose the weight. i go for running and exercise. i eat veggies and fruits everyday. pills are chemical to control your body for a SHORT time. thats why i go for exercise everyday as normal with out any medicine to use.

I can taking pills to help me lose weight what i wanted to its my body's choice you cant force me ok?

im been eat lots fruits and vegetables mostly but i dont eat fried foods anymores due doctor's decision but i can eat what i wanted like sandwich and salad but i eat less not too much makes me full but i can half foods on lunch or dinner of my chose..
 
update i went dr office today and im lose 44lbs and my doctor tell me says im normal and eat regular i have focus to lose lots weight no matter i would wanted lose tons of weight for me..
 
if dr say you normal weight just eat wisely do exercice try acia berries....i went down the weight pill route so i guessing you took xenical you have other name for it. be careful it cause me stomach problems....it is empowering having control of your weight but keep it in normal limits

i just put on rather alot weight this month sod the diet going back on xynicol it kick start .i eat all right things sadly wrong things aswel.
you doing well sara if pill help in short term go for it...i use fat buster ones make sure take vitamins with them.try acia berry in dry form they help

sara, see her statement. Pills sometimes wont work. just eat good and get a good exercise with a trainer is the best.
 
i jog everyday with out any pills to take. Eat veggies and fruits everyday. No PILLS. Great!
 
Way to go on weight loss. What kind of exercise you do? The pills work by innding the fat in your stomach so you pass it out of your stomach without your body absorbing the fat. It works if you still eat fatty foods.
You can do good with a activity program
 
im still journey weight loss but im loss weight down weight 390,380,370 but im now 362 im hope im still more lose lots weight no matter i wanted lose gain weight..

i cant eat fried foods expect chicken,fish but its ok grilled but not fried on fish nope! my mom tell me i told her i says NO! i have in my minds to journey what i eat or not!

I can eat lots of vegetables and some fruits my mom advise me not eat fried foods from fast foods like chinese im learn my lesson..

i love sweet foods but i just little not too much

my Aunt knew i would lose lots of weight and makes her proud i post on facebook messages and i leave her messages..And i post on facebook everyone to my family and my friends also.

my mom had hard time to lose weight i told her must eat lots of vegetables and fruits but my mom always eat lots of fried foods,sweets bags of candies i dont think so! that stupid choice its hard to lose my mom's weight loss

i do drink lots of water yes but im quit pop soda and tea due to kidney stone last August but i can drink sprite,lemonade once not everyday i have careful my kidney stone..

i can eat fast foods just once not everyday what my minds to eat right foods

Way to go !! * wave hands *

im official lose lots weight 390 to 329lbs but i little shred lots weight but im almost lose my pants!

And i eat sugar free popsicles,fla-vor ice and 100 calories snacks but next day i stand weight scales i lose lots weight its so makes me feel good!

i will kept update my weight loss everyday

I am working on losing weight too because of high blood pressure. So far I lost 17 pounds.

Sara - good job but very important - you need exercise - start walking.

Sweet foods and sweet beverages are ok if you eat less or moderation - look at calorie.

I lost about 50 lbs.

i quit sweet tea and pop soda i had kidney stone last August 2011 i cant drink sweet tea and pop soda both but i drink lots water i had follow dr's order to listen..IF i drink both they will get me have kidney stone again! but im been painful lots on kidney stone..You need careful on my comments please? im deadly seriously! im worried about my kidney stone lots yes! no laugh matters for me!

i do eat candy not everyday just once per days but im eat 100 calories snack and sugar free popsicles also and also sugar free snack ok for me..

Great you are loosing weight, as everyone has said, go for a walk, you have 2 (?) dogs, take them for a good brisk walk (in between slow and fast walk) you said nothing about exercise... It's important as it will kick start the metabolism (breaks down fat), blood circulation going and tones up your muscles. You might put on a little weight as muscle is heavier than fat but don't stop there, keep going as it will improve your health a great deal.

Well done for taking the plunge to loose weight. Keep going.... But most importantly..... Exercise!

i have three dogs two girls and one boy but one older is Pandy (Beagle) ,Muffin (Beagle) and lastly Walter (half beagle&Bassinet)

i cant drink pop soda and tea i told foxrac explain im quit pop soda and tea im follow dr's order im been went urology few times but my kidney stone alright but im still watch my kidney lots im must eat lots fruit and veg mostly to lose lots weight and also i can walk exercise also..my mom is nurse she tell me what do or dont
