I'm in not fuckin' mood for this shit!

Oh. Federal Work Study?

Your other alternative is to take few years off school to save up more money and go back.

well then I have to find a place to live.. Rent from apartment, food, bills and else.. I dont think I'll have enough money for college..

How old are you, may I ask? It's good to see you so determined! I am sure you will find a solution that will make you happy. I am afraid it may just take a little more time than you expect. It is never too late to finish college.. I know of people who have finished college (like my mom) in their late thirties and forties. Nothing wrong with that.

:pissed:
I noticed that my budget isnt enough for me to stay 5 years of college that I need to get my college degree in RIT..

My parents arent paying me for college fee, books, and else..

I pay everything on my own!

Since I was 16 years old.. I worked my ass off to get damn money so I can go in college.. I got two scholarships.. Yes i have VR support and else..

but still.. I need alot.. (i'm not sure if i rememer right.. I need over 36,000dollars) :pissed:

I'm planning to get job in Gracis on weekend (5 to 8 hrs on friday, saturday 9 to 12 hours, sunday 6-7hrs).. but still not enough.. money to get I need..

Yes I have summer job right now.. I worked for 40hrs a week.. *still not enough!*

I dont want to hear from u to tell me get more scholarships because high percent chance of getting scholarships is high likely not going to happen to me.. (because they can check my parent's money.. and assume that I dont need money!!)

now I'm not sure if i want to go back to RIT again this fall.. (not sure if I want to waste all of my money for this shit of college or all of my money to keep me alive :pissed:

To tell you the truth...I went to RIT/NTID back in SVP 94' and has been there since 1996. During those years, I didn't have SSI or financial support from my parent. Yes, DVR paid for my college but still I was bored because I don't have the money to spend for personal things, going out, do laundry, and or have fun.

So I quitted and then went to lived in Philadelphia, PA with my cousins. At that time, I applied SSI and couple months later I applied for DVR to help me to get the education I needed.

I went to CTI in Johnstown, PA and in 2000 I graduated with AST Degree in Computer Servicing Technology. I also have soldering certificate.

Back in 2001, I found a job as solder/assembler for electronic company in NJ and worked there for almost 1 year. But then I left the company before next month anniversary. I left because the place caused me health hazard.

Then in 2003, I went to work for Health Care company for 4 year until last year me, employees, staffs, and employers got lay off because of company closures.

Before they trying to get rid of all of us, they announced that we are entitled to Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA). I have been getting TRA payment for allowance and they also will pay for my college for up to 2 years that what I heard.

When I applied for Monmouth University, I have been struggling with TAA representative with MU. MU denied TAA billing and TAA representative turned me down because MU is a private and expensive college.

I then applied for DVR and she approved me for MU. She said she will pay for my college 10 k per year and $400 per semester for books. The MU awarded me $6,000 Academic Excellence per year and I received Federal Subsidized Loan, Federal unsubsidized Loan, and Federal Perkins Loan.

The total for MU cost tuition fees per semester is $12,349 without room and board. Therefore I am just commuting and it's just 15 minutes from where I live.

This Fall I will be studying Computer Science for just 2 or 3 more years. I want to get B.S. Degree in CS so I can get a government's job or any company that pays good money.

I suggest you start selling on ebay and make some money to pay off for your college. If you own some domain names then you would of selling it on ebay for higher bidder win to pay off your college education. I know I have a lot of domain names but I will wait until later to sell it.

Taurus, Are you able to take NTID/RIT classes thru internet and stay at home to save the cost? Would that save you some cost in tuition?

Why not buy used books when you are on campus?

Go to community college for some of the courses that you can get credit for at RIT?

And a bunch of suggestions offered by others here.

If you're old enough and not claiming your parent as dependent, you will get FAFSA depend on your job salary and no job salary. I think I will be qualified for FAFSA next year.
