Sometimes yes sometimes no it depends on the shows and the company that delivered the meats on the site. Some rib feast we have to purchase meats from them, some rib feast we can bring meats from home, like in Reno NV. we have to purchase meats there because Reno, Nv get some percent of profits from us that we sold from selling our foods, And Canada wouldn't allow us to bring meats or any type of food across the boarder, we would have to order the foods there in Canada.

OIC, Cheri, thanks...sounds a little complicated but I understand....

Heard of Twin Cities Ribfest?? Its in Downtown Minneapolis in summer, not sure when?? If you plan to go there, lemme me know and I will try to take break from campaigning and meet the blondie twins..

I usually cut the meats, and sometimes I run the middle by serving whatever the customers order....We do almost everything really....even taking orders from customers who are deaf...

but it won't be hard to find us girls, since we are the only blondes that work there LOL

I am sure ^Angel^ will PMed you and tell you the name of the booth we are located at, and Yes ^Angel^ does cutting meats while I work in the middle serving food, Sometimes we prep food such as putting ribs in the smoker, cooking chicken, and etc. there are times we would go back behind the trailer and do dishes, We always keep ourselves busy when there is nothing going on, sometimes at lunch we get busy, after lunch it slows down that is when we do some cleaning... If we need to help the grill man with cooking ribs on the grill we would run over and do that. We usual all over the place in the booth :laugh2:

Yes, bbq 1/2 chickens, chicken breast sandwiches, chopped pork and beef sandwiches, boneless rib sandwich, sausage sandwich, Ribs pork and beef, cole slaw and beans with dinners....Did I forget anything else Angel?

We also have Lemonade stand, selling lemonades, we have sausage booth which sells grilled chicken, sausage, cheese steak on a pita or bun, we also have fries, onion rings, blooms onions, twister fries, funnel cakes, strawberry shortcakes, alot of other stuff... but that booth is separate from the rib booth.

haha....I know what you mean ;)

We serves:

--Ribs ( Pork and Beef )

-- Chicken ( BBQ 1/2 chicken, quarter chicken and grill chicken for sandwiches )

-- BBQ Pork and Beef

-- Turkey Legs

-- Boneless Rib sandwiches

-- Sausage ( sometimes )

Dinner is served with coleslaw, baked beans and bread ( that's 2 dollars extra )

Sometimes we will have other foods or another booth set up at the rib fest

-- Lemonaide ( homemade )

-- Sandwiches

-- Fry food such as onion rings, fries, mushrooms, twisters, wings, etc

-- Fruit shack such as fruit, choc bananas , strawberries, and smoothies etc.....

Angel/Cheri, I noticed you said "smoker"...do you use wet hickory wood chips to smoke the meat or some other method? You also mentioned sausage....is it the circular rope kind of sausage? Bratwursts, too? Making me hungry talking about this!

Looks like Cheri beat me TWICE!

LOL! But you add turkey Legs which I forgot about that one.. and the fruit shack.. LOL!

Tousi, ^Angel^ wants to answer that question, so I am standing back...

Ok, Miz Cheri--gotta keep you busy while Angel answers....lol...I am assuming your rib business is contained in a "wagon", a kind of trailer on wheels and opens up for business and you go from place to place. If yes, your Dad prolly has a real good running pick-up to haul this and other equipment? Just guessing here......
