It's police code which refers to someone who is mentally ill.

5150 is also a section of California's Welfare and Institutions Code which concerns involuntary hospitalization of those who are a danger to themselves or others.

I use it in a joking fashion since I'm bipolar. (You have to know my sense of humor to understand.) :giggle:

By the way, "beeper" refers to someone who has bipolar in case you were wondering that as well.

I used to have a T-shirt which had an arrow pointing to the left. Above the arrow were written the words "I'm with stupid." I used to get alot of laughs every time I wore it. :laugh2:
