Hi, I´m going to share my story with you all what I am doing for 5 weeks.
I supposed to stay spa for 3 weeks but the doctors recommended me to extend 2 weeks to 5 weeks and got my pension insurance for their approval. They agreed to let me stay at spa for long 5 weeks.
I met many deafies, CI users, tinntnis, hearings loss, etc from around Germany there. I have wonderful to know them. We shared our experiences etc and the reason why we are in spa etc.
I received spa treatment everyday - too many appointments but I´m still enjoy it.
This is list what the doctor wrote for me everyday like this.
water gymnastic every 2 days
hydrojet water massage everyday ( SUPPPEEERRRR)
Herbal Bath (I lovvveee it)
Sport therapy everyday
Nordic-Walking (I lovveee it) -
Wassertreten (I don´t know English word but this link will help you to understand what Wassertreten is. It´s good to help people with sleep problem. It´s toooo cold as ice... brrrhhhhhh)

Lecture twice a week (fear, depression, stress, arger, adiposity, eat disorders, sports, healthy foods & drink, harrassment, social, sleep problem, blood pressure, skin problem, etc.)
Relaxation training every 2 days
Group discussion twice a week
healthy cookery course once a week
Voluntarily for evenings.
Sports (Badminton, table-tennis)
Swimming
Sauna (ladies every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday - men every Wednesday, Friday & Sunday - mixed everyday)
I went to ladies sauna every 2 days... until one day we met hearing Indian lady. We were like
when we saw her cream honey on her body few minutes later. She recommended us to do that. We did out of couriously.... Really Super, I tell you. Skin is very soft. Honey protect against sauna heat... We got plenty of sweats..... Skin is very soft... so we bought cheap honey from supermarket and cream our body every 2 days for 5 weeks.
The doctor advised me to use sports more often and Nordic-Walking or walking to rid of hormone stress. I´m total surprised that it helps real alot. I talked to my hubby and agree that we will join fitness centre together after New Year. My hubby change his working time from evening to day after New Year... (super)! It mean that my hubby will start work from 6 am to 3 pm - that we are able to have time each other to support our family life.... We able to go sport and swimming etc to get our stress off...
I will create another thread about CI, that´s how I learn to know from them.
a lot of people suffer hearing loss thru tinntins. Some suffered underweight or overweight. They visited to adiposity school. My friends & I visited there voluntarily to learn where they come from.... Very interesting. If you want to lose weight then have to count up to 60 grams fat a day - don´t worry about calories but mainly important to worry about how many fat a day you have... It must be up to 60 grams fat a day. If you want your weight to remain same then up to 80 grams fat a day. I tried out of curiously either it work or not... Surprisely, it works great. I lose many pounds easily than I thought...
I do not plan with diet but want to learn to cope with my health due hormone stress.... Anyway, I´m doing it voluntarily. It´s super and easy to worry about fat than calories. Now I´m happy with my weight and quit with diet. I stay with 80 gram fat a day to remain my weight.
We went to Siegen and Winterberg at most Saturdays for day shopping. We went for a walk and have our coffee at history cafe (1600 years old cafe house - I love it)....
I miss my friends there - we have wonderful time and have plenty of laugh.....
Everyone who apply for spa, must be every 3 to 4 years. It mean that I will go again in 2009 or 2010 so I have to apply one year before I plan to go spa.
