please excuse me as I gloat over this ..... :wave:

Its been almost 3 decades of an unconstitutional and un-American ban on handguns in Chicago. While the left has been screaming their brains out that it is not unconstitutional and they have the right to not live in fear, the SCOTUS completely disagreed.

Totally and completely ...... disagreed.

What that means, and implies, is that those individuals that enjoy the fact they got away with three decades of pushing their agenda on their fellow Americans to make law abiding citizens defenseless in the face of criminal actions, all the while stating that killing innocent unborn and defenseless children is ok ..... got stopped dead in their tracks.

Their agenda is unconstitutional. It was proven in the highest court of the land.

If you feel offended by my post, I apologize in advance. The COTUS was upheld and the facist socilaists who want to take away your right to self defense were defeated today.


Next is the Washington, D.C. gun ban.


Some left leaning individuals just cannot grasp the meaning of "shall not be infringed":

What does socialist and left wing has with gun right issues? Look at Germany, their government is between conservative to moderate but they do have strict gun restriction so label is unnecessary because there are people, regardless on political parties are against or for gun rights. UK government is running by conservative too but their gun law is far strict. Look at NJ republican governor, Chris Christie and he is anti-gun rights.

Sorry, Washington gun ban already overturned by US Supreme Court in 2008 and look at Jiro's post, he said something about DC in other thread.

I'm sure that Chicago will be same as DC does, it doesn't means US Supreme Court give a totally gun rights to citizens after ruled gun ban as unconstitutional. Chicago may adopt restriction rather than ban.

It is "ok" to have reasonable restrictions on gun ownership. It is the responsible thing to do. However an outright BAN on gun ownership is the result of a socialist agenda.

Disarm the population so the government can take control of your personal lives?

Well - let's not get too far there because it is somewhat erroneous. After all... there was gun seizure in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina... all this under Republican leadership and Republican Administration. There are some people, regardless of political affiliation or whatsoever, who believe in disarming the population. That's a :nono: to me. Their agenda is clear - their intent was to control us.

already overturned. They sued Chicago was after D.C. gun law was overturned.

How does gun ban has with socialist?

You live in US and you have US Constitution to protect your rights so should you worry about your rights to being taken away? We are no China.

No, Hitler is fascist, that far right wing since socialist is far left wing.

Hitler despised socialism. He executed Marxist, Socialist, Fascist, etc.

It was the National Socialist party.

FOXRAC - anyways .... Chicago had a gun BAN, not gun RESTRICTIONS.

That gun BAN was found to be unconstitutional.

so what does Klu Klux Klan in America have in common with Hitler? Christianity and Purity. Hitler took advantage of NAZI to gain the power to establish his "Empire". It's called Third Reich.
