Unless you adopt you can't pick gender of a child .. not even with IVF (legal/ethical laws prohibit it)
 
Bed rest the woman the entire term of her pregnancy... Incubate her in upper 80's to 90ish for better chance to get a litter of daughters.... mid to lower 80's for more males....
