You can ask her out a week and a half ago.....wait no you can't do that anymore......how about right now.
 
Be humble all you want and lose the girl. If you're not in a hurry, then why bug us on how to get the girl. Geez, get a life already.

Well - you got to try and talk to her first and not be a stoopnagle!! Walk up to her, sign and or talk to her, introduce yourself and go from there. It usually is better to try to be friendly and not ignorant.

It's also really hard for many people to just walk up to someone.

I do understand that. I just figured, if he wants to befriend her, then he should try and not lose the opportunity, that's all.

I used to be very outgoing until I was about 10 or 12. After that, the hearing got worse and I retreated into myself and became very shy. Now, I am very nervous with other people and I have to get to know them before I can feel comfortable. It took almost 6 months at my last job to feel like I could talk to anybody in the office.

I hate going out in public for this very reason, so I much prefer to stay home.

You can be friend with her but you still have talk to her so she will know you want to be her friend. You can ask to eat with her during lunch , or buy her a cup of coffee ,if you do not show any interest in the woman she it not going to know how you feel.
