Seattle?

It's now officially another record. Seattle received 0.44" of rain Wednesday, good enough to make this November the wettest ever at 11.63" of rain, eclipsing the old record of 11.62" set in 1998.

With half the month left and more rain in the forecast, we're still on pace to shatter Seattle's all-time wettest month of 12.92" set in January of 1953.

My comments:
Seattle's November rains have broken the old rainfall record back in 1998. We may break the ALL time record that's at least 50 years old. We got about less than 14 days left, so we'll see.

Even though, near Forks, WA had total of 33+ inches of rain this month according to Weatherbug.

Wow that s awful!

My family lives in Mountain at North California and don't rain much there whew

Cool, my parents live in North California also. I heard that later this winter we'll see the jet stream split up and bring lots of rain to South California and Alaska leaving Northwest dry. Typical for El Nino years. I do hope that doesn't happen though. *shrugs*

Oh, when I read your title of the thread, I thought you're asking us women how wet we are. *nervous chuckle*

Don't mind me, my mind isn't straight today. :giggle:

We got rain pretty often..not heavy just rain. On and off. *shrugh*

I hope that Seattle don't get flooded.

Seattle city limits hardly get flooding, just lot of puddles and stuff. :P There's too many hills to deal with that. The only problem is mudslides or saturated ground.

Oh that's true...I forgot that Seattle have a lot of hills :)

I do miss Seattle and we should go and visit soon!! Umm I think I should bug DHB to make plans to go visit. :giggle: Since he hasn't been to Seattle yet, and I told him you'll love it there!! Also met you and Sweetheart plus your babies! :giggle:

You guys are welcome to come visit and we can show you around if you like. :) I knew that most people will love Seattle once they visit, lots to see and lots to do. I am sure that some don't like Seattle and I'm not worried about that. We love it here. My girl loves it here better than her hometown in Michigan.

Interesting... similar alike British Columbia's type of depression home as same England too.

You are lucky you get lots of rain. Here in Arizona is very dry, not much rain. We do get snow sometime in winter time. We do get rain in monsoon season.
El Nino , I remember that. We get lots of rain and muddy everywhere..Hopefully we get lots snow next year because of El Nino. It is would be nice.

Oh, wow... I remember back then when I used to live in Seattle, there wasn't much rain like this. I am not fond of rains. Blah ! LOL I prefer SNOW over rain. Heh

I am on the Oregon Coast, 3 blocks from the ocean. I have never seen it rain as hard as it did last night! Today the sun is shining, just like Spring. Our electricity was out for 2 hours.

I heard that Seattle got it worse than we did. You guys are surrounded by water. Beautiful area tho!

Yeah, last time I was in AZ, I saw trees chasing the dogs.
