Yea, it was normal for northwest USA.

I had been in Seattle, that where few of family members live here and its beautiful city. I don't care about bad climate or rain alot in Seattle but would visit again in few years.
 
yeah it rained alot here too.. but i dont know about record.. lol.. i havent been paying attention to the records.. hmm.. ha..

about El Nino.. yeah they siad it is weak.. so we dont know how bad it will affect here.. wet and cold?? good question! hmm

Yea, same here in Chicago.

I had experience with alot of rain and good for some part but not much rain in summer time.
