Sorry if this has been posted before, couldn't find it.

Many, many nights, I have the same recurring dream. Some nights I have multiple dreams and wake up feeling quite disturbed. Last night was one of those nights. Like OMG crazy!!!

The recurring one always involves a swimming pool. Not a happy swimming pool, one filled with a lot of stress or major sadness.

Hubby does dream interpretations but some times I just don't like to hear what my dreams actually mean. In his opinion of course.

How often do you dream and do you remember them?

Do you ever have recurring themed dreams?

I dream almost every night. Usually have nightmares. As for my recurring dream..well its more of a memory i guess. This may be wromg but accordning to psychology, people dream every night just they dont remember. But idk.

Since I was sick, became disabled then lost my hearing, my dreams are so intense. Some make a lot of sense, like I dream I can't find my car, or my car gets stolen from an auto wrecking place.

Hubby interprets this as me trying to deal with the fact I have lost a lot of my independence.

I have had dreams about extended family members and soon after find out that they were sick or hurt. Those dreams really bother me.

Given your username, I thought you would be the first person to post.:laugh2:

*hug* its allright. While dreams can be interpret. Also know you need to calm down. and really hope your dreams get better.

Lol. I had not even thought of that. Thats a nickname my friends have for me cuz i daydream maybe too much. Lol

I do dream...some of dreams are good ones...and some are just a warning of something happening or about to happen (IMO)....Usually, when I toss & turn, can't sleep and have to get up...I do know that something is happening around me (people that are close)....Last night, for instance...could not sleep...cut the TV on to the News...and there it was!....Long story, so won't go into detail.

I didn't remember many dreams for most of my life.

For the past year, I have been really sick because of my heart. I wake up dreaming that I am dying, and I am very sad.

Unfortunately, this is the time my brain decided to let me know and remember my dreams.

And it's pretty easy to interpret, I am afraid of death...

Botti,
I'm so sorry you are going through this. I hope you can have some beautiful dreams soon. It's hard to not think about dying when you're ill, but no one really knows when they're going to die. Happy thoughts being sent your way, from a real Angel:giggle:

I have a lot of "unique" dreams. I remember I terrifying dream that I had when I was 6. That was scary as ever and still gives me chills. I remember a funny odd dream I had in grade 10. I don't get many "nightmares" unless I watched a scary movie before bed (I'm more for comedy). Some of my dreams happen nights in a row leading up to an event that I'm extremely excited/nervous/anxious for. Normally for Audition time I have dreams I get the roles... but in reality I don't. (one day though haha!) That's usually my dream pattern.

To Botti.....*hug* dont let the thought of death bother you, like angel said, you never know when you die. So enjoy life. And hope your dreams get better.

Right before my scheduled (4th) ear surgery, I was sick and weak...and actually believed I would not make it thru it...I got all my paperwork in order...and wrote down everything that needed to be known...and made arrangements for the care of my Beloved Pets....Very depressing....but I got thru it all...and had an awakening also!....With me, death didn't scare me...but it did make me realize so much....I cherish every moment with my boys...so much more to say....perhaps better off not being said.
